The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and John Laureton of the late Citty of Londonderry marchant and Edward Hill of ffarsett Moore in the county of Donnagall gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John and Edward and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the stables edifices buildings garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s scituate and being in or neere the markett place in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on six and thirty acres Irishe measure and allsoe two other parcells of land being in the Island of Derry and conteining by estimac[i]on one acre two roods and ffifteene p[er]ches Irishe measure and all cabbins and buildings thereupon All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Seaven and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said C ommissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are conteined In witnes wh ereof the said commissioners and the said John Laureton and Edward Hill have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Ratcliffe Kirke of Blesingborne in [th]e county of Tyrone Baker and Ann Kirke of the late Citty of Londonderry widdowe doe conclude and agree that the said Ratcliffe and Ann and their assignes shall have and hold two p[ar]cells of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s without the Butchers gate of the said late Citty and adioining to the Cow markett there and conteining by estimac[i]on one acre and three roods Irishe measure and six cabbins thereuppon built All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Ann or her assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Ratcliffe and Ann have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Carey esquire for and on the behalfe of Edward Carey gent[leman] sonne of the said George doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Carey [and] his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and orchard and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s [...] thereuppon made [...]

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Laureton of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, and Edward Hill of Farsetmore in the county of Donegal, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John and Edward and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the stables, edifices, buildings, garden, and backside, with the appurtenances, situate and being in or near the market-place in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation six and thirty acres Irish measure, and also two other parcels of land being in the Island of Derry and containing by estimation one acre, two roods, and fifteen perches Irish measure, and all cabins and buildings thereupon. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Laureton and Edward Hill have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Radcliffe Kirk Ann Kirk .104.

The said six and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Radcliffe Kirk of Blessingbourne in the county of Tyrone, baker, and Ann Kirk of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Radcliffe and Ann and their assigns shall have and hold two parcels of land, with the appurtenances, without the Butchers Gate of the said late city and adjoining to the cow market there, and containing by estimation one acre and three roods Irish measure and six cabins thereupon built. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Ann or her assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Radcliffe and Ann have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
