The said eight and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said commission and Peter Benson of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said Peter Benson and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tene ment [...] the markett place in the said late Citty [...] erected at the propp[er] costs and chardges of the said Peter Benson [...] with the appurten[a]nc[e]s lyeing within the boggs within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and containing by estimac[i]on sixteene acres and an halfe Irishe measure als[o] one p[ar]cell of land [...] lyeing without the fferry and conteining by estimac[i]on one acre one rood and [...] p[er]ches Irishe measure and [...] houses cabbyns edifices and buildings there upon [...] one other messuage or tenement garden and backside therewith adioining [...] Citty All w[hi]ch p[re]misses no[...] or his assignes [...]
