The aforesaid thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Benson of Elaughe Castell in the County of Donnagall gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all those severall peeces or parcells of land with the appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on two acres Irishe measure and lyeing without Bishops gate and within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty of Londonderry and adioining to the highe way leading from the said late Citty to Lifford and now or late in the severall tenures or occupac[i]ons of Dame Blanch Bagnell widdow Edward Nicholson Ann Kirke widdow Thomas yarbor and Charles Howton or their or some of their assignes with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffourty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts [and] agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Robert Lawson beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Richard Benson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Elizabeth Vale 155.

The aforesaid thirtyeth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Elizabeth Vale of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Elizabeth Vale and her assignes shall have and hold one peece or p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on halfe one acre Irishe measure without the walls of the said late Citty and adioining to the old Churchyard and one cabbin thereuppon built and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Elizabeth or her assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Elizabeth Vale have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Sidney have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Benson of Elagh Castle in the county of Donegal, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all those several pieces or parcels of land, with the appurtenances, containing by estimation two acres Irish measure, and lying without Bishops Gate and within the Liberties of the said late city of Londonderry and adjoining to the highway leading from the said late city to Lifford, and now or late in the several tenures or occupations of Dame Blanche Bagnell, widow, Edward Nicholson, Ann Kirk, widow, Thomas Yarbor, and Charles Howton or their, or some of their, assigns, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Lawson beforenamed are contained. Elizabeth Vale 155.

The aforesaid thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Elizabeth Vale of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Elizabeth Vale and her assigns shall have and hold one piece or parcel of land, with the appurtenances, containing by estimation half one acre Irish measure without the walls of the said late city and adjoining to the old churchyard, and one cabin thereupon built and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Elizabeth or her assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained.
