Anne Goad [and] John Dixon 6.

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Anne Goade of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry widdow and John Dixon of Aghadowey aforesaid yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Anne Goad and John Dixon and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the late citty of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Edward Baker or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley esq[uire] beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and Anne Goade [and] John Dixon have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid ninteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and James Stewart of the late cittie of Londonderry merchant doe conclude and agree that the said James Stewart and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or Tenem[en]t built by the said James att his owne propp[er] costs and chardges and one garden and backside thereunto belonging with th[e] apputen[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said James or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past and under the yearly rent of [...] in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and

Elizabeth Thomson 5.

The said nineteenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Elizabeth Thomson of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Elizabeth and Robert Thomson, her son, and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Gracious Street in the late city of Londonderry, and one parcel of land containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure within the Liberties of the said late city. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Elizabeth or her assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement, exception, and reservation unto His Majesty, his heirs and successors, of the River of Foyle and all other the rivers, creeks, and streams, and fishing in or near the premises, and the soil and ground thereof, and all the fishing and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the River of Foyle and in all other the aforesaid rivers, creeks, streams, and fishings, with free liberty for His Majesty, his heirs and successors, and his and their tenants and farmers and the fishers of the said rivers, creeks, streams, and fishings to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsoever upon the premises concerning the said fishings. The aforesaid nineteenth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Anne Goad of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry, widow, and John Dixon of Aghadowey aforesaid, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Ann Goad and John Dixon and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Pump Street in the late city of Londonderry, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Edward Baker or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained.
