Th e aforesaid twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said commission and [...] deceased doe conclude and agree that the said Hugh and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s [...] and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Thomson or his assignes with all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith wit h the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i] on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds six shilling s and eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley esq[uire] beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Hughe Thomson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Westgate 29.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Westgate of the late citty of Londonderry Beerebrewer doe conclude and agree that the said John Westgate and his assignes shall have [and] hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and backside thereunto adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Queenestreete als[o] Bishopsgatestreete in the late citty of Londonderry and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on six acres Irishe measure All which p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Westgate or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for [th]e terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unc[iation] of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witness whereof the said Commissioners [and] the said John Westgate have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Bartue Allen of the late Citty of Londonderry Vintner doe conclude and agree that the said Bartue Allen and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and one garden and backside thereunto adioining w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Queenestreet in the said late citty [and] now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Isaack Smith or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of land w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late citty and conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure and now or late in the the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Isaack Smith or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the An[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witness whereof the said Commissi oners and the said Bartu Allen have putt to the ir hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and  […], deceased, do conclude and agree that the said Hugh and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances  […] and late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Thomson or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Hugh Thomson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

John Westgate 29.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Westgate of the late city of Londonderry, beer-brewer, do conclude and agree that the said John Westgate and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside thereunto adjoining, with the appurtenances in Queens Street, also Bishopsgate Street, in the late city of Londonderry, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city containing by estimation six acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Westgate or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Westgate have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Bartu Allen of the late city of Londonderry, vintner, do conclude and agree that the said Bartu Allen and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside thereunto adjoining, with the appurtenances, in Queens Street in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Isaac Smith or his assigns, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure and now or late in the the tenure or occupation of the said Isaac Smith or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
