The aforesaid twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by virtue of the said commission and Thomas Ince of [...] merchant doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Ince and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside thereunto adioining and belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s late in the tenure or occupation of John ffrewen or his assignes and scituate and being in Silverstreete in the said late city and one parcell of land conteining by estimac[i]on six acres with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the libertyes of the said late citty and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John ffrewin or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds and ffive shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies [and] tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said Thomas Ince have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

William Clemens 32.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Clemens of the late Citty of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and one garden and backside thereunto adioining scituate and being in Gratious streete in the said late citty and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Edward Chambers or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late cittie and heretofore belonging to or enioyed with the said messuage or tenem[en]t with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Clemens have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Edward Warren 33.

The one and twentieth day of the said moneth of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for [and] on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Warren of the late citty of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Warrenn and his assignes shall have and hold three messuages or tenements and one Tannhouse built by the said Edward att his owne prop[er] costs and chardges and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging All w[hi]ch p[re]misses are now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward Warren or his assignes and are scituate and being neere the fferry key in the said late Citty with all waies [and] passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[missioner]s and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained In wit ness whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said Edward Warren have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Ince of  […], merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Ince and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining and belonging, with the appurtenances, late in the tenure or occupation of John Frewen or his assigns and situate and being in Silver Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land containing by estimation six acres with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Frewin or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and five shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Ince have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

William Clemens 32.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Clemens of the late city of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside thereunto adjoining, situate and being in Gracious Street in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Edward Chambers or his assigns, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and heretofore belonging to or enjoyed with the said messuage or tenement, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said William Clemens have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Edward Warren 33.

The one and twentieth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Warren of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Edward Warren and his assigns shall have and hold three messuages or tenements and one tan-house, built by the said Edward at his own proper costs and charges, and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging. All which premises are now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Warren or his assigns and are situate and being near the ferry quay in the said late city, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edward Warren have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
