The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Lawson of the late citty of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Robert and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside thereunto adioining in Butchers row in the said late citty and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within [th]e lib[er]ties of the said late citty and conteining by estimac[i]on six acres Irish measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie parte thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the s[ai]d Robert Lawson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Parmiter of Teboyne in the county of Donnagall gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John Parmiter and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with a backside thereunto adioining built by himselfe scituate and being in Queenestreete within the late cittie of Londonderry [and] now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Parmiter or his assignes and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley Esquire beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof [th]e said Commissioners and the said John Parmiter have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Booker [...] for and on the behalfe of Peter Booker doe conclude and agree that the said Peter Booker and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside thereunto adjoining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in or neere [...] in the late Citt y [...]

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Lawson of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Robert and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining in Butchers Row in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation six acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Lawson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Parmiter of Taughboyne in the county of Donegal, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John Parmiter and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with a backside thereunto adjoining, built by himself, situate and being in Queens Street within the late city of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Parmiter or his assigns, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained.
