and make the foresaid premisses into three s everal closes more than the same now are and the same beinge soe devided made and severed and all other the hedges ditches and inclosures upon or belonginge to the foresaid premisses sha ll keep and maintain well and sufficientlie ffenced ditched inclosed and quicksetted dur ing the said term And shall yearelie dureinge the said terme sett and plant upon som e parts of the foresaid premisses six younge trees of oake or ashe fitt or likelie to grow to be timber trees and the same or others to be sett and planted in the roomes an d steads of such of them as shall happen to dye shall mainteine preserve and keepe from hurt and spoile dureinge the said terme. And shall at his and their proper costs and charges dureinge the said terme have and keepe in readynesse upon t he foresaid premisses for the service of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and successors, one Musk et furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the M uster Master of the said County in w[hi]ch the premisses are for the time beinge And that upon reasonable request there shal[l] be allowed and sett out unto the saide Robert Will[ia]m and Margarett or their assignes from time to tyme dureinge the said terme by the woodward or other officer of his Ma[ies]ty his heires [and] successors rough timber for buildinge and repareinge the foresaid howse and howseboote in convenient places within the late Countie of London derry to be spent upon the premisses and not elsewhere, And that the said Robert Will[ia]m and Margarett and theire assignes shall and may from time to time dureinge the said terme have and take ploughboote Carteboote fireboote and hedge boote to bee taken in and upon the roots stumpes and trunks of trees fallen or lyeinge upon the ground and not fitt for buildinge thornesbushes shreadinges and lopps of trees [and] underwoods groweinge upon the premisses if the same bee there to bee had the same to bee spent upon the premisses and not otherwise. The foresaid six and twentieth day of September the foresaid Com[m]issi oners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission And Thomas T [...] and Talbott Thursby of Killcronaghan in the late County of Londonderry [...] do conclude and agree That the said Thomas and Talbott and their assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands com[m]only called or knowen by the several name or names of Cullnatree and Killytowney w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killcronaghan aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowen conteineinge by estimac[i]on Two hundredd [...] acres Irishe measure with all wayes and passages unto the premisses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearelie rent of Two and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert ffoster Will[ia]m ffoster and Margaret Foster beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com missioners and the said Thomas and Talbott have putt [t]o theire hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

And shall yearly during the said term set and plant upon some parts of the foresaid premises six young trees of oak or ash fit or likely to grow to be timber trees, and the same or others to be set and planted in the rooms and steads of such of them as shall happen to die, shall maintain, preserve, and keep from hurt and spoil during the said term. And shall, at his and their proper costs and charges during the said term, have and keep in readiness upon the foresaid premises, for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county in which the premises are for the time being. And that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said Robert, William, and Margaret or their assigns, from time to time during the said term, by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, rough timber for building and repairing the foresaid house, and houseboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry, to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that the said Robert, William, and Margaret and their assigns shall and may, from time to time during the said term, have and take ploughboot, cartboot, fireboot, and hedgeboot, to be taken in and upon the roots, stumps, and trunks of trees fallen or lying upon the ground and not fit for building, thornbushes, shreddings and lops of trees, and underwood growing upon the premises if the same be there to be had, the same to be spent upon the premises and not otherwise. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England. And that the said Robert, William, and Margaret shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on their parts.
