The said fourth day of September the foresaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and Edmund Duffe o Mullan of ffaughenvale in the late county of London derry gentleman Doe conclude and agree that the said Edmund and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]onlie called or knowen by the name of Carrigarre with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in ffaughenvale aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowen conteyneinge by estimac[i]on one hundred fortie and nine acres Irish measure [and] all Cabbines edifices and buildinges thereuppon and alsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or any parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearley rent of nine pounds and tenn shillinges sterlinge payable in such manner and at such Dayes and times and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agrements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Arthur mc Closkey aforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Edmund have put[t] to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fowerth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Dransfeild of Bally-kelley in the late County of London Derry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold All those two towne lands com[m]onlie called or knowen by the severall name or names of Dunguillian and Glosmullen with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in ffaughenvale in the said late Countie or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowen conteyneinge by estimac[i]on Two hundred thirtie nine acres Irish measure and all Cabbines edifices and buildinges thereupon And alsoe one Cottage [and] garden with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tawlaght ffinlegan in the said late County nowe or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes [and] conteyneinge by estimac[i]on halfe an acres Irish measure, and alsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or anie parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and tw enty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearly rent of six and twenty pounds and tenn shillinges sterlinge payable in such manner and at such dayes and times and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid

longer hold or enjoy the foresaid premises, that then and from thenceforth this present contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupon to be made shall cease, determine, and be void, anything in these presents or in the said grant or lease to be contained to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Arthur shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Arthur McClosky have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fourth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edmund Duff O’Mullan of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Edmund and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Carrigarre with the appurtenances in Faughanvale aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred forty and nine acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Arthur McClosky aforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edmund have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Dransfield of Ballykelly in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Dungullion and Glosmullen with the appurtenances in Faughanvale in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred thirty-nine acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon. and also one cottage and garden with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan in the said late county, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns and containing by estimation half an acre Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six and twenty pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid
