The Tenth day of the said Moneth of August the said Com[m]ission ers for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Thomas Thursby of Calmore in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe co nclude and agree that the said Thomas Thursby his heirs and assi gns shall have and hold for ever All those two T ownlands commonly called or knowne by the name of Calmore and [...] in Killcranahan within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Drapers’ Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Drapers in the late county of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known and all the Messuages Cabyns houses edifices and buildings thereupon and allso all waies [and] passages to the premisses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed The same premisses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors as of such mannor as his Ma jesty shall erect create or make of or within the said Proporc[i]on called the Drapers’ proporc[i]on and with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of Sixe pounds sterling payable in such Mannor and att such daies and tymes and suit at court [and] Mill in the said Proporc[i]on and with up[p]on and under such and the like further reservac[i]ons libertyes powers tenures services Coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Thomas Thursby have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said tenth day of August the said Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and Thomas Thursby gent[leman] for and on the behalf of William Thursby of Cahor in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said William Thursby his heirs and assignes shall have and hold for ever, All that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Cahor with the appurten[an]c[e]s lying and being within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Skynners Proportion or late Mannor of Pellipar in the late County of Londonderry or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or knowne and also all ways and passages to the p[re]misses or any part the reof belonging or therewith enioyed The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Majesty his heirs and successors as of such Mannor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the said P roportion called the Skinners’ Proportion

The tenth day of the said month of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Thursby of Calmore in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Thursby, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all those two townlands commonly called or known by the name of Calmore and […] in Kilcronaghan within the Proportion of land called the Drapers’ Proportion or late Manor of Drapers in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all the messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion called the Drapers’ Proportion, and with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manor and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under such and the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained.
