The said sixth day of August the aforesaid Co missioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Comm]ission and Paul Canning of Agivey in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] for and on the behalf of Edward Canninge of Agheeve aforesaid gent[leman] doe conc lude and agree that the said Edward Canninge his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Tamny Moore with the appurtenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne, And all Cabyns edifices and buildings thereup[p]on All which premisses are lyinge and beinge within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Iro[n]mongers Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Lizard in the late County of Londonderry, And allso all waies and passages to the foresaid premisses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed the same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires [and] Successors as of such manor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the Iro[n]mongers Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of fforty shillings sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and times and suit at court and Mill in the said Proporc[i]on and with upon and under the like further reservac[i]ons, liberties, powers tenures services covenants and Agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Paul Canning have sett to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said sixth day of August, the aforesaid comissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Paul Canning of Agivey in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, for and on the behalf of Edward Canning of Agivey aforesaid, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Edward Canning, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold for ever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Tamnymore, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known. And all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Ironmongers’ Proportion or late Manor of Lizard in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Ironmongers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained.
