The said Sixth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John O Cahan of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John O Cahan his heyres and assignes shall have and hold for ever All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Sealnemann with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all the Cabyns edifices and buildings thereup[p]on All which premisses are lyinge and beinge in Camos within the proporc[i]on of land called the Merchant [T]aylors Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of St John Baptist in the late County of Londonderry and allso all waies [and] passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof beloinginge or therewith enioyed The said premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and successors as of such M anor as his Ma[ies]tie shall erect, create, or make, of or within the said Proporc[i]on called the Merchant [T]aylors Proporc[i]on, with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and at such days and times and suit att Court and Mill within the said Proportion and with up[p]on and under the like further reservac[i]ons lib[er]ties, powers tenures services covenants [and] agreements as in the aforesaid ag reement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said John O’Cahan have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said sixth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Berisford of Coleraine in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John Berisford his heires and assignes shall have and hold forever all those Two Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the name or names of [...]nncke and Ballyartan with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known

The said sixth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John O’Cahan of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John O’Cahan, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold for ever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Sealnemann, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all the cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being in Camus within the Proportion of land called the Merchant Taylors’ Proportion or late Manor of St John Baptist in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof beloinging or therewith enjoyed.
