The said sixth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Henry Berrisford of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Henry Berrisford his heires and assignes shall have and hold forever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of [...]s with th[e] appurtenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne, And all Cabyns, edifices and buildings thereupon all which premisses are lyinge and beinge within the Proportion of land called the Skynners proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Pellipar in the said late County of Londonderry, and allso all waies and passages unto the premisses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therew[i]th enjoyed the same premisses to be holden of his Ma[ies]tie his heires [and] Successors as of such manor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create, or make of or within the Proportion of land called the Skynners Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and suit at Court and mill in the said proporc[i]on called the Skinners’ Proportion and with up[p]on and under the like further reservations liberties powers tenures services covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Ley beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Henry Berrisford have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said seaventh day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and Tristram Berrisford of Coleraine in the said late County of Londonderry the younger Esq[uire] for and on be half of George Carey of Reddcastell in the County of Donnegal esquire do conclude and agree that the said George Carey his he irs and assigns [...]

and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the […] Proportion or late Manor of […] in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages unto the foresaid premises or any part belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the […] Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and George Canning, esquire, beforenamed are contained, save only that the said John Beresford is not to keep or maintain two muskets furnished as the said George Canning is to do […] this agreement is discharged thereof. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Beresford have set to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said sixth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Beresford of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Henry Beresford, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of […]s, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known. And all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the said late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained.
