Margarett Montgomery [and] Hugh Boyle

The seav enteenth day of the said month of August the said commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com mission and Margaret Montgomery of Aughlowe in the late county of Londonderry widdowe and Hugh Boyle of Aghanloo aforesaid gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Margarett and Hughe and their assigns shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Killybreddy with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlow aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred thirty and nine acres Irish measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew ith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of [...] shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s and the said Margaret McClelland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteined In witness whereof the said commissioners and Margarett Monntgomery and Hugh Boyle have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid seaventeenth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and James Pip[er] and John Lowry of Aughlow in the late county of Londonderry husbandmen doe conclude and agree that the said James and John and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or known by the name of Tunedurkahe with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlowe aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne containing by estimac[i]on one [...]ve acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices, and buildings thereuppon and all ways and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or form[er]ly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of seventeene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with and under such condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Margaret mc Leland and Robert mc Clelland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said James Piper and John Loughrige have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said seaventeenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and John mc Marty s[er]vant of John Campbell of Cabroghe in [th]e county of Down [...] gent[leman] for and on the behalfe of the said John Campbell doe conclude and agree that the said John Campbell and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Lisnagribb with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlowe in [th]e late county of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred ninetie and six acres Irish measure and all cabins edifices and buildings thereuppon [and] allso all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid premises or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for [th]e terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip [and] Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of one and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes [and] w[i]th under and upon such condic[i]on coven[a]nts [and] agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Margarett mc Leland

The seventeenth day of the said month of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Margaret Montgomery of Aghanloo in the late county of Londonderry, widow, and Hugh Boyle of Aghanloo aforesaid, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Margaret and Hugh and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Killybready with the appurtenances in Aghanloo aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred thirty and nine acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of  […] shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained.
