The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert McClelland, Gavin Kelso, Hugh Boyle, Alexander  […], Abraham Hillhouse, and John McClelland, gentlemen, do conclude and agree that the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John and their assigns shall have and hold all those six townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Artikelly,  […], Gortamoney, Maheraskeagh, Tullaherrenmoore and Tullaherrenbegg, with the appurtenances in Aghanloo in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation four hundred acres Irish measure and all messuages, houses, cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and further that the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John and their assigns shall have and hold and keep one weekly market to be holden at the town of Artikelly in the said late county upon Wednesday, w […] yearly three fairs to be holden in the said town, the one upon the  […] day of September, and if it shall at any time happen the said nine and  […] day of September to fall or be upon a Sunday, that then the said fair shall be kept and holden at the said town on the Monday next following, and one other  […] fairs to be holden in the said town upon the Monday in Easter week  […], and the third and last of the said three fairs to be holden on the nineteenth day of June, if it shall happen at any time the said nineteenth day of June to fall or be upon a Sunday, that the said fair shall be kept and holden at the said town the Monday the next following, and also all profits to the said fairs and market belonging, and liberty to fish with angles, in such parts of the River of Cloughmills as are within the aforesaid townland, for trout and eels, and all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith.
