fully finishe upon the premises [...] sufficient and substantial houses of timber stone or bricke after the manner of Englishe hous es every of the said houses to be [...] stories high and to contain fower roomes a peece att the least and the said Robert Gawen H ugh Alexander Abraham and John or sixe other able and sufficient ten[a]nts with their families sh all from time to tyme during the said terme of yeares be resident and inhabitant in and upon the aforesaid p[re]misses and shall during the said terme grind att his ma[ies]t[ie]s mill within the late Mannor of ffreemore or Proporc[i]on of land called the Habberdashers Proporcion all his and their mault corne and graine w[hi]ch he or they shall expend or use uppon the p[re]misses or being ground shall sell to anie p[er]son or p[er]sons and pay for grinding thereof to the miller of the said mill for the time being the sixteenth p[ar]te of all the said mault corne and graine And shall doe suite att the Court Barron to be holden for such manor as his ma[ies]tie shall erect create or make uppon or within the said Proportion from three weekes to three weekes if the same shal[l] be soe often held And shall during the said terme keepe susteine and mainteine th[e] aforesaid messuages and all other the aforesaid buildings in good and sufficient reparac[i]ons and shall within seaven yeares now next comeing with dike and double quicksett where quicksett will grow and with other good and sufficient fences and inclosures where quicksett will not grow devide sever and make th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses into twelve severall closes more then the same now are and the same being soe devided made and severed and all other the hedges ditches and inclosures uppon or belonging to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses shall keepe and mainteine well and sufficiently fenced inclosed and quicksetted during the said terme and shall yearly during the said terme sett and plant uppon some p[ar]t of th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses twelve young trees of oake or ashe fitt and likely to grow to be timber trees and the same or others to be sett and planted in the roomes [and] steeds of such of them as shall happen to dye shall mainteine p[re]serve and keepe from hurt and spoile during the said terme and shall att his and their owne p[ro]p[er] costs and chardges during the said terme have and keepe in readines uppon the aforesaid premises for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors two corsletts and pikes and four musketts furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county in w[hi]ch the p[re]misses are for the tyme being and that upon reasonable request there shal[l] be allowed and sett out unto the said Robert Gavin Hugh Alexander Abraham and John or their assignes from time to time d uring the said terme by the Woodward or other officer of his ma[ies]tie his heirs and successors rough timber for building and repairing th[e] aforesaid houses [and] houseboote in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry to be spent uppon the premises and not elsewhere. And that his ma[ies]tie wil[l] be gratiously pleased to ratifie and confirm this agreement by his l[ett]res patents under the great Seale of England and that the said Rob[er]t Gawen Hughe Alexander Abraham and John shall coven[a]nt and grant thereby for them their heires executors administrators and assignes to performe what is hereby agreed on their p[ar]ts, And it is hereby agreed that this contract is made and the lease thereuppon is to be taken in trust f or the inhabitants and occupiers of the p[re]misses soe long onely as they pay and cont ribute proportionablie to the paim[en]t of th[e] aforesaid rents and all other the charges aforesaid In witnes whereof the said Commissi oners and the said Robert Gawen Hugh Alexander Abraham and John have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

fully finish upon the premises  […] sufficient and substantial houses of timber, stone, or brick after the manner of English houses, every of the said houses to be  […] stories high and to contain four rooms apiece at the least, and the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John, or six other able and sufficient tenants with their families shall, from time to time during the said term of years, be resident and inhabitant in and upon the aforesaid premises and shall, during the said term, grind at his Majesty’s mill within the late Manor of Freemore or Proportion of land called the Haberdashers’ Proportion all his and their malt, corn, and grain which he or they shall expend or use upon the premises, or being ground shall sell to any person or persons and pay for grinding thereof to the miller of the said mill, for the time being the sixteenth parte of all the said malt, corn, and grain. And shall do suit at the court baron to be holden for such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make upon or within the said Proportion from three weeks to three weeks if the same shall be so often held. And shall, during the said term, keep, sustain, and maintain the aforesaid messuages and all other the aforesaid buildings in good and sufficient reparations, and shall, within seven years now next coming, with dikes and double quicksett where quicksett will grow and with other good and sufficient fences and enclosures where quicksett will not grow, divide, sever, and make the aforesaid premises into twelve several closes more then the same now are, and the same being so divided, made, and severed, and all other the hedges, ditches, and enclosures upon or belonging to the aforesaid premises shall keep and maintain well and sufficiently fenced, enclosed, and quicksetted during the said term, and shall yearly during the said term set and plant upon some part of the aforesaid premises twelve young trees of oak or ash fit and likely to grow to be timber trees, and the same or others to be set and planted in the rooms and steads of such of them as shall happen to die shall maintain, preserve, and keep from hurt and spoil during the said term, and shall at his and their own proper costs and charges during the said term, have and keep in readiness upon the aforesaid premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors two corslets and pikes and four muskets furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county in which the premises are for the time being, and that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John, or their assigns, from time to time during the said term by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, rough timber for building and repairing the aforesaid houses and houseboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry, to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on their parts. And it is hereby agreed that this contract is made and the lease thereupon is to be taken in trust for the inhabitants and occupiers of the premises so long only as they pay and contribute proportionably to the payment of the aforesaid rents and all other the charges aforesaid. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert, Gavin, Hugh, Alexander, Abraham, and John have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
