The ffower and twentieth day of the said Moneth of August the said C ommissioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and William Mc Leland of Maghera in the late County of Londonderry Es quire doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands with the appurtenances com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Tarcorrin and [...] or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne scituate lyinge and beinge in Aughlowe in the said late County and conteininge by estimac[i]on one hundred [and] [...] acres Irishe measure and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the term of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Seaventeene pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with und er and up[p]on such like condic[i]on cov enants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]ission ers and Margarett Mc Leland and Robert Mc Leland beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said William Mc Leland have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said four and twentieth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Thomas Patton of Drumacose in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the several name or names of Ballireske Begge, Ballireske moore, and [...]ghe with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Drumacose aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne by containing by estimac[i]on two hundred twenty and sixe acres Irish measure and all howses ed ifices and buildings thereup[p]on and also all waies and passages to the aforsaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight and twenty pounds and tenn shillings sterlinge paiable in such manner [and] att such days and tymes and with under and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and Margarett Mc Leland and Robert Mc Leland beforenamed are conteined save only that the said Thomas Patton is not by this his agreem[en]t tyed or bound to build a house as the said Margarett and Robert are by their agreem[en]t to doe In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Thomas Patton have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewrtten:

The four and twentieth day of the said month of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William McClelland of Maghera in the late county of Londonderry, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the several name or names of Tircorran and  […], or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, situate lying and being in Aghanloo in the said late county and containing by estimation one hundred and  […] acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seventeen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William McClelland have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Patton of Drumachose in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Ballyrisk Beg, Ballyrisk More, and  […]ghe, with the appurtenances in Drumachose aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known by, containing by estimation two hundred twenty and six acres Irish measure and all houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforsaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight and twenty pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Thomas Patton is not by this his agreement tied or bound to build a house as the said Margaret and Robert are by their agreement to do.
