and [...] of Lecke in the late county of Londonderry [...] do conclude and agree that the said Robert Carr and Robert mc Leland and their assignes shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Lecke and Ternaquin in Drumacose in the late County of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on three hundred and twenty acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid premises or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and such and the like exceptions and and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such days and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Thomas mc Leland and William McClelland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Robert Carr have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said third day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John White of Drumacose in the late County of Londonderry yeo man doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold all that quarter or fowerthe part of the Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Gortnagarne with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne contining by estimac[i]on five and twenty acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon with all waies and passages to [th]e p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed thereof with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such days and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem ents as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said John is not by this agreem[en]t tyed or bound to build a house nor to have or keepe in redines a muskett furnished as the said Margarett and Rob[er]t by their agreement are to doe In witnes whereof the said C ommissioners and the said John White have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Peter Gate 19.

The said third day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Peter Gate of Ballikelly in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Peter and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townlands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Bally mc Allen and Leanamore w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on Nyne hundred acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are con tained In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Peter Gate have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said third day of September the said Commissioners for and on his his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Hughe mc Leland Thomas mc Leland John mc Leland and William Mc Leland of Boveve in the late county of Londonderry gent[lemen] doe conclude and agree that the said Hughe Thomas John and William and their assignes shall have and hold all those [...] townlands commonly called or knowne by the name [...]kera [and] Drumdreeine

and  […] of Leck in the late county of Londonderry  […], do conclude and agree that the said Robert Carr and Robert McClelland and their assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Leck and Tirmaquin in Drumachose in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation three hundred and twenty acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and such and the like exceptions and and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas McClelland and William McClelland beforenamed are contained. The said third day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John White of Drumachose in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all that quarter or fourth part of the townland commonly called or known by the name of Gortgarn, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, contining by estimation five and twenty acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed thereof, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained, save only that the said John is not by this agreement tied or bound to build a house nor to have or keep in readiness a musket furnished as the said Margaret and Robert by their agreement are to do. Peter Gate 19.

The said third day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Peter Gate of Ballykelly in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Peter and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Ballymacallion and Lenamore, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation nine hundred acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Peter Gate have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
