The ffifth day of the said monethe of September the said commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William McClelland of Knockokilt in the late county of Londonderry Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or n ames of Lislean Gornarney and Drumneece with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Balteaghe an d Bovevagh in the said late county of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie of them be called or knowne conteining in the whole by estimac[i]on seav en hundred and threscore acres Irishe measure and all waies and passages un to the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phill ip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty sixe pounds [...]teene shillings and fower pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and Margarett Mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William mc Leland have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Brian Oge o Cahan

The said third day of September the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Brian oge o Cahan of Dungeven in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe Conclude and agree that the said Brian and his assignes shall have and hold all those fower Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Gortengarne Gortnagrosse Tachmacksardall [and] Glanella with th[e] appururten[a]nc[e]s in Dungeven aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne containing by estimac[i]on one thousand seaven hundred acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of fower and fourty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in [th]e aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Margarett mc Leland [and] Rob[er]t mc Leland beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Brian by this agreement is not tied to have and keepe in redines one muskett furnished as the said Margarett and Robert are by their said agreement to doe and with this further agreem[en]t and upon condition that if the said Brian doe not within two yeares now next comeing usually repair to Church and in all things conforme himselfe to the orders and discipline of the Church of England that then if the Attorney generall in England of his Majesty his heires or successors for the time being shall under his hand in writing expresse and declare that it is the will and pleasure of his ma[ies]tie his heires or successors that the said Brian or his assignes shall noe longer hold or enioy the aforesaid p[re]misses that then and from thenceforth this present Contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupoon to be made shall cease determyne and be void any thing in these p[rese]nts or in the said grannt or lease to be conteined to the Contrary thereof in anie wise notwithstanding In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Brian o Cahane have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The fifth day of the said month of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William McClelland of Knocknakielt in the late county of Londonderry, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Lislane, Gornarney, and Drumneechy, with the appurtenances in Balteagh and Bovevagh in the said late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing in the whole by estimation seven hundred and three-score acres Irish measure, and all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of twenty-six pounds  […]teen shillings and four pence sterling, payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained. Brian Oge O’Cahan

The said third day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Brian Oge O’Cahan of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Brian and his assigns shall have and hold all those four townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Gortgarn, Gortnagross, Tachmacksardall, and Glanella, with the appururtenances in Dungiven aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation one thousand seven hundred acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four and fourty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Brian by this agreement is not tied to have and keep in readiness one musket furnished as the said Margaret and Robert are by their said agreement to do, and with this further agreement and upon condition that if the said Brian do not within two years now next coming usually repair to church and in all things conform himself to the orders and discipline of the Church of England, that then if the Attorney General in England of his Majesty, his heirs or successors for the time being shall, under his hand in writing, express and declare that it is the will and pleasure of his Majesty, his heirs or successors that the said Brian or his assigns shall no longer hold or enjoy the aforesaid premises that then and from thenceforth this present contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupoon to be made shall cease, determine, and be void any thing in these presents or in the said grant or lease to be contained to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Brian O’Cahan have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
