The said Thirteenthe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Paul Canning of Ahgive in the late countie of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Paul and his assignes shall have and hold all those ffive Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Gillneglasse Drumcrumme Ballinontaghie Ardreaghe and Ballinecane with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aghadowey and Camos als[o] Camos cum Macosquine in the said late countie or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on eight hundred and ffifteene acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Six and ffifty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Robert Burden beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Paul Canning have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said thirteenthe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Canning of Carroreaghe in the late county of Londonderry Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Ballihagan and Enisholyn and three parts or quarters of one Towneland called Carroreaghe with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Erragill and Desert Towghthill in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on ffive hundred fourty and nine acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirtie pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are cont ained with an excepc[i]on and res[er]vac[i]on of the watermill uppon the foresaid Towneland called Ballihagan and all watercourses thereunto belonging In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Canning have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Thirteenth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Paul Canning of Agivey in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Paul and his assigns shall have and hold all those five townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Kinnyglass, Drumcroon, Ballylintagh, Ardreagh, and Ballycaghan with the appurtenances in Aghadowey and Camus, also Camus cum Macosquin [Macosquin], in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation eight hundred and fifteen acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six and fifty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Paul Canning have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

William Canning

The said thirteenth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Canning of Carrowreagh in the late county of Londonderry, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Ballihagan and Enisholyn, and three parts or quarters of one townland called Carroreaghe, with the appurtenances in Errigal and Desertoghill in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation five hundred forty and nine acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained, with an exception and reservation of the water-mill upon the foresaid townland called Ballihagan and all watercourses thereunto belonging.
