The said ffower and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Harris of Killreaghe afore said yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Harris and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t lately devided into two messuages and the garden [and] backsides with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s thereunto belonging and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Thomas Coxe and Richard Dreyton or one of them their or one of their assignes and allsoe all those lands and pasture grounds conteining by estimac[i]on one and twenty acres Irish measure in Killreaghe aforesaid and now or late in the occupac[i]on of the said Thomas Coxe and Richard Drayton their or one of their assignes and allsoe all wayes and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Thomas Harris and his assignes are not to find or keepe anie muskett furnished but are to find and keepe one corslett and pike furnished in such manner as the said James was to find and keepe a muskett furnished In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Thomas Harris have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said ffower and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Samuell Darwyn of Kilreagh aforesaid Carpenter doe conclude and agree that the said Samuell and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and all buildings thereuppon and all those lands and pasture grounds containing by estimac[i]on one and twenty acres Irish measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses are in Killreagh aforesaid and now in the occupac[i]on of the said Samuell or his assignes and allsoe all waies and passages unto the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of
