Cabyns edifices and buildings thereupon all which premises are lyinge and beinge in Errigell af oresaid within the Proportion of land called the Iro[n]mongers proporc[i]on or late Manor of Lizard in the late County of Londonderry and allso all way s and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or enjoyed therewith Except and allwaies reserved unto his Ma[ies]ty his heires and successors all Mynes, and allso all tymber and tymber trees, grow ing or being or which hereafter shall growe or be in or up[p]on the premi ses or any part thereof with lib[er]ty to fell, cutt downe [and] carry away the sam e and liberty to hawke, hunt, fishe, and fowle, up[p]on the premisses att reas onable and convenient tymes, and allso reservinge, and exceptinge unto his Majesty his heires and Successors all the ffishinge and takinge of Sal mon Eeles and other ffish in the Rivers and ffishings of Banne, Loug h Foyle Lough-eagh als[o] Lough Sydney and in all the Rivers, Creaks and streams within the Province of Ulster and every of them and all the groun d and soyle of the said Rivers, Creakes, and streames with free libert y ingresse, egresse, and regresse, for the Ten[a]nts Occupyers and ffis hers of the said Rivers and ffishings and other servants and assignes to b uild and make houses shedds and other convenient places for lodging of fishermen and others to be employed in and about the said Riv ers creeks and ffishings or any of them and to stand and draw their n ets and carry their ffishe on land and dry and amend their netts and hoope pickell and trimme up their cask and doe any other thing else concerninge the said ffishings or fishermen for their comforts or occasions up[p]on any part of the shores or lands adioyninge or neere to the said Rivers Creaks and ffishings, or any of them without lett or interrupc[i]on The same premisses except before excepted to be holden of his Majesty his heires and Successors of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]tie shall erect create or make of or within the said Proporc[i]on of land called the Ironmongers Proporc[i]on by such rents and services as are hereafter mentioned That is to say yeildinge and payinge therefore to his Ma[ies]tie his heirs and Successors the yearly rent of ffower pounds of lawfull money of England att the ffeasts of All S[ain]ts and Phillip and Jacob by equal portions into the Receipt of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s Excheq[uer] in England or unto the hands of the Re ceiver of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and successors for the tyme beinge for the Revennue of Londonderry als[o] Derry and Coleraine or either of them And yielding and doinge ffealty to his Majesty his heires and Successors or to the Lord or Lords of the said manor for the time being and doing suit att Court in and to the court baron to be holden for the said manor from three weekes to three weekes if the same shall be so often held And yielding and doinge suit att and to his Ma[ies]ties Mill or mills within the said Proporc[i]on That is to say that the said fferdora O’Cahan his heires and assignes shall grind att the said Mill or mills and not elsewhere all the corn and grayne that shall be used or spent in or up[p]on the premisses or any part thereof adioyninge and yielding and giving the sixteenth part thereof for the moulture thereof and for default of payinge doing or p[er]forminge the aforesaid rent and other services or any part of them or any of them that then his Ma[ies]ty his heires successors and assignes may distrein for the same

Except and always reserved unto his Majesty, his heirs, and successors all mines and also all timber and timber trees growing or being, or which hereafter shall grow or be, in or upon the premises or any part thereof, with liberty to fell, cut down, and carry away the same, and liberty to hawk, hunt, fish, and fowl upon the premises at reasonable and convenient times, and also reserving and excepting unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all the fishing and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the Rivers and fishings of Bann, Lough Foyle, Lough Neagh, also Lough Sidney, and in all the rivers, creeks, and streams within the province of Ulster and every of them, and all the ground and soil of the said rivers, creeks, and streams, with free liberty, ingress, egress, and regress for the tenants, occupiers, and fishers of the said rivers and fishings and other servants and assigns to build and make houses, sheds, and other convenient places for lodging of fishermen and others to be employed in and about the said rivers, creeks, and fishings or any of them, and to stand and draw their nets, and carry their fish on land, and dry and amend their nets, and hoop, pickle, and trim up their cask, and do any other thing else concerning the said fishings or fishermen for their comforts or occasions upon any part of the shores or lands adjoining or near to the said rivers, creeks, and fishings, or any of them, without let or interruption. The same premises, except before excepted, to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Ironmongers’ Proportion by such rents and services as are hereafter mentioned. That is to say, yielding and paying therefore to his Majesty, his heirs and successors the yearly rent of four pounds of lawful money of England at the feasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob by equal portions into the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine or either of them. And yielding and doing fealty to his Majesty, his heirs and successors, or to the lord or lords of the said manor for the time being, and doing suit at court in and to the court baron to be holden for the said manor from three weeks to three weeks if the same shall be so often held. And yielding and doing suit at and to his Majesty’s mill or mills within the said Proportion. That is to say, that the said Ferdora O’Cahan, his heirs and assigns shall grind at the said mill or mills and not elsewhere, all the corn and grain that shall be used or spent in or upon the premises or any part thereof adjoining, and yielding and giving the sixteenth part thereof for the multure thereof, and for default of paying, doing, or performing the aforesaid rent and other services or any part of them or any of them that then his Majesty, his heirs successors and assigns may distrein for the same,
