as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skynners Proportion with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of [...] fower pence payable in such man ner and at such days and tymes and suit att Court and Mill within the said Proportion And with up[p]on and under the like further rese rvations liberties powers, tenures services, covenants, and agre ements as in the aforesaid Agreement made by the said C ommissioners and Ferdora O Cahan gent[leman] beforenamed are conteined save only that the said Tomlyn is not by this agreem[en]t to build a new house as the said fferdora is to doe, but the said Tomlyn doth agree within five yeares next com[m]inge to make the new d welling on the premisses into an English house with a Chymney [...] And he doth further agree to suffer Seeve O Mullan h[...] to have and enioy the full third p[ar]te of the cleere proff it [...] the aforesaid premisses duringe his life, In Wittnes w hereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Tomlyn O Mullan ha ve put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Thomas Skipton of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry gen tleman for and on behalfe of Richard Babington of the Urney in t he late county of Tyrone gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Babington his heyres and assignes shall have and hold for ever all those five Townelands commonly ca lled or knowne by the severall name or names of Culgort [...] Lear and Tearetgar w[i]th the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne, [...] parcel of the Ballibetoe called Ballemollan, And all cabins houses edifices, and buildings thereup[p]on all which premises are lying and beinge within the p[ro]porc[i]on of land called the Skinners’ Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry, and were heretofore the lands [and] possessions of Owen Mc Shane Murray O Mullan , and also all ways and passages to the foresaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or therewith enioyed, The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors as of such mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect create, or make, of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the Skynners Proporc[i]on, But with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons, And for and under the yearly rent of five pounds thirteene shillings and fower pence paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and suit of Court and Mill in the said Proporc[i]on, And with up[p]on and under the like further Reservac[i]ons lib erties, powers, tenures, services, coven[an]ts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and fferdora O Cahan gent[leman] before named are contained

as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of […] four pence payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion. And with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners andFerdora O’Cahan, gentleman, beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Tomlin is not by this agreement to build a new house as the said Ferdora is to do, but the said Tomlin doth agree within five years next coming to make the new dwelling on the premises into an English house with a chimney […]. And he doth further agree to suffer Seva O’Mullan h[…] to have and enjoy the full third part of the clear profit […] the aforesaid premises during his life. The said eighth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Skipton of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, for and on behalf of Richard Babington of the Urney in the late county of Tyrone, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Babington, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all those five townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Kilgort, […], Lear, and Tireighter, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, […] parcel of the ballibetoe called Ballemollan. And all cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry, and were heretofore the lands and possessions of Owen McShane Murray O’Mullan, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion. But with and under such and the like exceptions. And for and under the yearly rent of five pounds thirteen shillings and four pence payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit of court and mill in the said Proportion. And with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Ferdora O’Cahan, gentleman, beforenamed are contained,
