The aforesaid eight day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Thomas Skipton of Clandermott in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Skipton his heirs and assignes shall have and hold for ever all those six townelands commonly called or known by the severall name or names of Ardmore Magherneskey the two Killalanes [...]anekeane w[i]th th[e] appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne and allsoe p[ar]t of the Towneland called Sheane leing [...]e of the said Towneland called Sheane and now in the tenure or occu pation of the said Thomas Skipton or his assignes and all the messuages cab ins edifices and buildings uppon th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses all w[hi]ch p[re]misses are part of the [...] called Balleshaskin and are lyeing and being within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Grocers’ Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Grocers in the late county of Londonderry and were heretofore the lands and possessions of Manus O Cahan E squire deceased and also all ways and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed the same p[re]misses to be houlden of his ma[ies]tie his heires an d successors for such manor as his ma[ies]tie shall erect create or make on or within th[e] aforesaid Proportion of land called the Grocers’ proporc[i]on with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds thirteene shillings and [...] pence sterling payable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion and with uppon and under the like further reservations liberties powers tenures services coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Tristram Berisford esquire beforenamed are contained [...] said Thomas Skipton [...] Tristram Beresford [...] In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Skipton have put to their hands the day and year abo vewritten:

The aforesaid eight day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Skipton of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Skipton, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all those six townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Ardmore, Magheraskeagh, the two Killalanes [Killylane], […]anekeane, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, and also part of the townland called Sheane lying […]e of the said townland called Sheane and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas Skipton or his assigns, and all the messuages, cabins, edifices, and buildings upon the aforesaid premises, all which premises are part of the […] called Balleshaskin and are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Grocers’ Proportion or late Manor of Grocers in the late county of Londonderry, and were heretofore the lands and possessions of Manus O’Cahan, esquire, deceased, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make on or within the aforesaid Proportion of land called the Grocers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds thirteen shillings and […] pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion, and with upon and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Tristram Beresford […] esquire, beforenamed are contained, […] said Thomas Skipton […] Tristram Beresford […].
