[...] November and if it shall att anie time happen the [...] or be uppon a sunday that then such of the aforesaid ffaire or ffaires w[hi]ch shall [...] fall or be uppon a sunday shal[l] be kept and houlden att the said Towne called Salters Towne on the sunday then next following after such last day of Aprill last day of August or last day of November respectively And that the said Raphe and his assignes shall have hold and keepe the said Markett and ffaire and allsoe severall Courts of Pipowders in the said markett and ffaires respectively during the Continua[...] of them and every of them, and receive and take all and singuler tolles perquisitts profitts commodities emoluments lib[er]ties fredomes customes Iurisdict[i]ons and p[re]heminences whatsoever to the said ffaires marketts and Courts [...] everie or anie of them belonging or respectively apperteining for the Terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable unto the Receipt of his ma[ies]ties Exchequer in England or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty his heirs and successors for the tyme being for the Reven[n]ue of Londonderry al[l]s[o] Derry and Colerane or either of them at the ffeasts of all Saints and Phillip and Jacob yearly by equall porc[i]ons Upon condic[i]on that the said term shall cease and be void if the said rent or anie part thereof thereof shal[l] be behind and unpaid by the space of fifty days next after any of the said ffeasts or daies of paim[en]t aforesaid. And that his ma[ies]tie wil[l] be gratiously pleased to ratify and confirme this agreement by his l[ett]res patents under the great Seale of England and that the said Raphe Whistler shall coven[a]nt and grant thereby for him his heires executors administrators and assignes to performe what is hereby agreed on his part In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Robert Chambers have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

And that the said Ralph and his assigns shall have, hold, and keep the said market and fair and also several courts of piepowder in the said market and fairs respectively, during the Continua[…] of them and every of them, and receive and take all and singular tolls, perquisites, profits, commodities, emoluments, liberties, freedoms, customs, jurisdictions, and pre-eminences whatsoever to the said fairs, markets, and courts […] every or any of them belonging or respectively appertaining for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable unto the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry and Coleraine or either of them, at the feasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob yearly by equal portions, upon condition that the said term shall cease and be void if the said rent or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid by the space of fifty days next after any of the said feasts or days of payment aforesaid. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Ralph Whistler shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Chambers have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
