William Rapheson

The foresaid fower and twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Rapheson of Magharafelt in the late county of Londonderry Tanner doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s and two peeces or parcells of land with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on ffifteene acres Irishe measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William or his assignes and are scituate and being in Magharafelt aforesaid with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and ffive shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are conteined with this further agreement that the said William and his assignes shall have and keepe in redines uppon the p[re]misses for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors one muskett furnished in such manner as the same shal[l] be allowed by the mustermaster of the county in w[hi]ch the p[re]misses are for the time being In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said William Rapheson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Richard Jackson

The aforesaid fower and twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Jackson of Magharafelt in the late countie of Londonderry Carpenter doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or Tenement lately built by the said Richard and his owne proper costs and chardges and one garden and backside and one peece or p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurtena[n]c[es] conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres Irishe measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard or his assignes and are lyeing in Magharafelt aforesaid with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one [and] twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in the foresaid agreement

The four and twentieth day of the said month of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Godfrey of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, weaver, do conclude and agree that the said James and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, and […] pieces or parcels of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation fourteen acres […] quarters of an acre Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said James or his assigns, and are situate lying and being in Magherafelt aforesaid, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said James Godfrey have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Rapheson of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, tanner, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, and two pieces or parcels of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation fifteen acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William or his assigns and are situate and being in Magherafelt aforesaid, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and five shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said William and his assigns shall have and keep in readiness upon the premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed by the Muster Master of the county in which the premises are for the time being. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard or his assigns, and are lying in Magherafelt aforesaid, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of thirty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement
