The foresaid fower and twentieth day of September the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Jackson of Magharafelt in the late county of Londonderry for and on the behalfe of Mathew Osborne of Magharafelt aforesaid yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Mathew and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside and two peeces or parcells of land with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on fowerteene acres and two perches Irishe measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses are lyeing and being in Magharafelt aforesaid and now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Mathew or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner [and] att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid Agreement made by the said Commissioners and Hester Machett beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Jackson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Richard Jackson .23.

The foresaid fower and twenty day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Jackson of Magharafelt in the late countie of Londonderry Carpenter doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or Tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Thomas Sanders or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffourty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further [and] the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s and Hester Matchett beforenamed are conteined with this further agreement that the said Richard and his assignes shall during the said terme have and keepe in redines uppon the foresaid p[re]misses for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors one muskett furnished in such manner as the same shal[l] be allowed of by the muster master of the County in w[hi]ch the p[re]misses are for the time being In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Jackson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Edward Breres

The foresaid fower and twentiethe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Breres of Magharafelt in the late countie of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Edward and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Aghagaskyn with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid and one quarter of the Towneland of Magharafelt commonly called or knowne by the name of Paul Patricke or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie part thereof be called or knowne conteining in the whole by estimac[i]on five hundred acres Irishe measure and all houses edifices and buildings thereupon with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Two and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner

Matthew Osborne .22.

The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Jackson of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, for and on the behalf of Matthew Osborne of Magherafelt aforesaid, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Matthew and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden and backside, and two pieces or parcels of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation fourteen acres and two perches Irish measure. All which premises are lying and being in Magherafelt aforesaid, and now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Matthew or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Jackson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Richard Jackson .23.

The foresaid four and twenty day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Jackson of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, carpenter, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Sanders or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Richard and his assigns shall during the said term have and keep in readiness upon the foresaid premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed of by the Muster Master of the county in which the premises are for the time being. The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Breres of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Edward and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Aghagaskin with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, and one quarter of the townland of Magherafelt commonly called or known by the name of Polepatrick or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any part thereof be called or known, containing in the whole, by estimation, five hundred acres Irish measure, and all houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of two and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner
