The foresaid fower and twentiethe day of September the said Commissioners for [and] on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John ffarthelowe of Magharafelt in the late countie of Londonderry shooemaker doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under [and] upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John ffarthelowe have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid fower and twentiethe day of September the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Meredith Matchett of Magharafelt in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Meredith and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Ternekilpey with th[e] appurten[a]nc[es] in Magharafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred and twenty acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares

and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Edward is not by this agreement tied to build a house as the said James Young by his said agreement is to do. The said four and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Drakeford of […] in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Killyboggin with the appurtenances in Desertmartin in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred fourty and eight acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained.
