[...] if the said rent or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid by the space of fifty days next after any of the said feasts or days of payment aforesaid. And the said William Parrott or his assignes shall at his or their proper costs and charges within [...] years now next ensueing erect build and fully finish upon the premises two [...] houses of timber stone or brick after the manner of English houses two storyes high [...] and dormer windowes over [th]e [...] and either of the said houses to conteyne six roomes att the least And that the said William Parrott or some other able and sufficient ten[a]nt and ten[a]nts shall with his and their families from tyme to tyme after the building of the said houses during the said terme of one and twenty yeares be resident and inhabitant in and upon either of the said houses and grind att his ma[ies]ties mill in Colerane aforesaid all his and their mault corne and graine w[hi]ch he or they shall expend or use upon the aforesaid p[re]misses or being ground shall sell to any p[er]son or p[er]sons and pay for the grinding thereof to the Miller of the said mill for the tyme being the sixteenth p[ar]te of [th]e said mault corne and graine and shall keepe and mainteyne the aforesaid houses after the building thereof and other the p[re]misses in good and sufficient reparac[i]ons and inclosures during the said terme And that the said William Parrott or his assignes ten[a]nts or ffarmers of the foresaid p[re]misses shall att his [and] their propper costs and chardges during the said terme have and keepe in readines for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors in every of the said two houses one muskett furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the muster master of the said county for the time being. And that his ma[ies]tie wil[l] be pleased to confirme this ag reement by his letters patent under the great Seale of England and the said William Parrott sha ll covenant thereby for him his heires executors administrators and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his parte. Robert Brice 138.

The foresaid seaventeenth day of July the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Brice of Colerane aforesaid husbandman doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Brice and his assignes shall have and hold two closes or parcells of land and pasture with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid called the hither brick kills conteining by estimac[i]on one a cre of land Irish measure and all buildings thereupon with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or formerly enioyed there with w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of Three and thirty shillings and fower pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Smith beforenamed are conteyned In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said Rob[er]t Brice have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

And that the said William Parrott or some other able and sufficient tenant and tenants shall, with his and their families, from time to time after the building of the said houses during the said term of one and twenty years, be resident and inhabitant in and upon either of the said houses and grind at his Majesty’s mill in Coleraine aforesaid all his and their malt, corn, and grain which he or they shall expend or use upon the aforesaid premises, or being ground shall sell to any person or persons and pay for the grinding thereof to the miller of the said mill, for the time being the sixteenth part of the said malt, corn, and grain, and shall keep and maintain the aforesaid houses, after the building thereof, and other the premises in good and sufficient reparations and enclosures during the said term. And that the said William Parrott or his assigns, tenants, or farmers of the foresaid premises shall, at his and their proper costs and charges during the said term, have and keep in readiness for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, in every of the said two houses one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county for the time being. And that his Majesty will be pleased to confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and the said William Parrott shall covenant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. Robert Brice 138.

The foresaid seventeenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Brice of Coleraine aforesaid, husbandman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Brice and his assigns shall have and hold two closes or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid called the hither brick kills, containing by estimation one acre of land Irish measure and all buildings thereupon, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of three and thirty shillings and four pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Smith beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Brice have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
