The said eighteenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Tristram Beresford of Colerane aforesaid the younger Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford the younger and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging in the towne of Colerane aforesaid on the north side of the said towne over against the markett place there and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of James Monntgomery and William mc Inche their or one of their assignes and one close or parcell of land and pasture w[i]th their appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on eight and twenty acres Irish measure and adioining to the highe way and the river of Bann and Mount Sandall and to a close now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of John Robinson or his assignes allsoe one other cl ose or parcell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on [...] acres Irish measure and adioining to the River of Bann and the highe way and with all wa ys and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of eleaven pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further [and] the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Henry Bennett beforenamed are conteyned with this further agree ment exception and reservac[i]on unto his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors of all the ffishings and takeing of sallmon Eeles and other fishe in the River of Bann w[i]th free lib[er]ty for his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors and his and their ten[a]nts and ffarmers and the fishers of the said River to make houses and draw their netts and doe any other thing else whatsoever uppon the p[re]misses concerning the said ffishings In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Tristram Beresford the younger have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovew ritten:

The said eighteenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Michaell Beresford of [...] in the late county of Londonderry al[l]s[o] Coleraine Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said Michaell Beresford and his assignes shall have and hold one me ssuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of James Wallmisley or his as signs [...] close or parcell of land and pasture with the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Coleraine aforesaid adioining to the Mill pond on the [...] now or [...]

Tristram Beresford 145.

The said eighteenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Tristram Beresford of Coleraine aforesaid, the younger, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford, the younger, and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging in the town of Coleraine aforesaid, on the north side of the said town over against the market place there, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of James Montgomery and William McInch, their or one of their assigns, and one close or parcel of land and pasture with their appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation eight and twenty acres Irish measure and adjoining to the highway and the River of Bann and Mount Sandel and to a close now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Robinson or his assigns, also one other close or parcel of land with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation […] acres Irish measure and adjoining to the River of Bann and the highway, and with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of eleven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Henry Bennett beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement, exception, and reservation unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors of all the fishings and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the River of Bann, with free liberty for his Majesty, his heirs and successors, and his and their tenants and farmers and the fishers of the said river to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsover upon the premises concerning the said fishings. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Tristram Beresford, the younger, have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
