The Nineteenth day of the said moneth of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Patrick of Colerane aforesaid yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said John Patrick and his assignes shall have and hold all that cottage or tenem[en]t and garden and backside thereunto belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the Scotts quarter of Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the terme of one [and] twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffourty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with uppon and under such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said John have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Nineteenth day of July the said Commissioners and Jennett mc Inche of Colerane aforesaid widdow doe agree that the said Jennett and her assignes shall have and hold one Cottage and backside thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in the Scotts quarter in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Jennett or her assignes for the like terme and und er the yearly rent of [...] shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with and upon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreement made by the s[ai]d Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said nineteenth day of July the said Commissioners and John de Lapp of Colerane aforesaid ffisherman doe agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the Scotts quarter in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of [th]e said John or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of fower and twenty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteyned in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the aforesaid Rob[er]t Scoles .

The nineteenth day of the said month of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Patrick of Coleraine aforesaid, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John Patrick and his assigns shall have and hold all that cottage or tenement, and garden and backside thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in the Scots quarter of Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said John have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said nineteenth day of July, the said commissioners and Jennett McInch of Coleraine aforesaid, widow, do agree that the said Jennett and her assigns shall have and hold one cottage and backside thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in the Scots quarter in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Jennett or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of […] shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

The said nineteenth day of July, the said commissioners and John de Lapp of Coleraine aforesaid, fisherman, do agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage garden, and backside with the appurtenances in the Sco}ts quarter in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of four and twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Robert Scoles.
