in Colerane a foresaid [...] now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said William Godfrey or his assignes with all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Philip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of [...] six shillings and eight pence paiable in such maner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteined. The said eight day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalf by vertue of the said Commission and George Canning of Ahgeene in the late county of Londonderry al[l]s[o] Colerane Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said George Canning and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t [...] w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of John mc[...] or his assignes and one peece or parcell of land and pasture w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s containing by estimac[i]on twelve acres and an halfe and now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Elliott or his assignes all w[hi]ch foresaid p[re]misses are scituate and [...] of Colerane and lib[er]ties thereof w[i]th all waies and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Robert Scott of the towne of Colerane [...] doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Scott and his assignes shall have and hold All that Messuage or tenem[en]t and garden thereunto adioning w[i]th the appurtenances in the Towne of Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Scott or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of three pounds six shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such maner and at such days and times and under such further and the like agreem[en]ts coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Robert Scott have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

George Canning

The said eight day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Canning of Ahgeene in the late county of Londonderry, also Coleraine, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said George Canning and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement […] with the appurtenances now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Mc[…] or his assignes, and one piece or parcel of land and pasture with the appurtenances, containing by estimation twelve acres and a half, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Elliott or his assigns, all which foresaid premises are situated and […] of Coleraine and Liberties thereof, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. And for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Scott of the town of Coleraine, […], do conclude and agree that the said Robert Scott and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement and garden thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in the town of Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Scott or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Scott have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
