The sa id [...] the said Commissioners [...] said John Maydley [...] th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and all those [...] conteining by estimac[i]on fourty acres [...] now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Maydley or his assignes with all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterling paia ble in such maner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Maydley have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and Anthony Mason of Colerane aforesaid Glasier[e] do conclude and agree that the said Anthony Mason and his assignes shall have and hold one Messuage or tenem[en]t and garden thereunto adioining w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane afore said now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Anthony Mason or his assignes and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past and under the yearly rent of Twenty sixe shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such maner and with upon and under such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condition as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteined and upon this further condic[i]on that if the said Anthony shall devise assigne sett over or lett the foresaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof to any p[er]son or p[er]sons whatsoever other then to his wife or to John Pett or some or one of his children by Ann his late wife deceased daughter of the said Anthony that then the said terme shall cease and be voyd In witnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said Anthony Mason have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and Edward Courtney of Colerane aforesaid Shoomaker doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Courtney and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of John ffinch or his assignes w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds thirteene shillings and fower pence sterling paiable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteyned. The said […], the said commissioners […] said John Maydley […] the appurtenances and all those […], containing by estimation forty acres […], now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Maydley or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Maydley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Anthony Mason of Coleraine aforesaid, glazier, do conclude and agree that the said Anthony Mason and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Anthony Mason or his assigns, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, and under the yearly rent of twenty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained, and upon this further condition that if the said Anthony shall devise, assign, set over, or let the foresaid premises or any part thereof to any person or persons whatsover other then to his wife or to John Pett or some or one of his children by Ann his late wife, deceased daughter of the said Anthony, that then the said term shall cease and be void. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Anthony Mason have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Courtney of Coleraine aforesaid, shoemaker, do conclude and agree that the said Edward Courtney and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Finch or his assigns, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds thirteen shillings and four pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edward Courtney have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
