The said [...] behalfe by [...] widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Ann and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement [...] in the New Rowe in the Towne [...] Ann or her assignes for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of Thirty shillings sterling payable in such maner and att such d ays and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles aforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Ann have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and John Gillard of the towne of Colerane Butcher agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold [...] with the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now in the occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Twenty shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such maner and with and upon the like condition coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and Katherine Ennis of Colerane widow doe agree that the said Katherine and her assignes shall have and hold one [...] and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now in the occupac[i]on of the said Katherine or her assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of ffive shillings paiable in such maner and w[i]th and upon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteyned in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .
