The foresaid twentieth day of September the foresaid Commissionersfor and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and James Atkinson of Maghera in the late countie of Londonderry wheelewright and Thomas West of Balliscullen in the said late county yeoman do conclude and agree that the said James and Thomas and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of [...] with th[e] app[ur]ten[a]nc[e]s in Maghera aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred threescore and tenn acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixteene pounds sterling paiable in such measure and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said James and Thomas are not tied to build an house as the said Michaell and Bryan by their agreem[en]t are to doe In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said James and Thomas have putt to their hands [th]e day and yeare abovewritten:

The said twentiethe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Lee of Killaloughe in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Lee and his assignes shall have and hold all that halfe Towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killaloughe aforesaid commonly called or knowne by the name of Gayne als[o] le Balligean or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred and ninetie acres Irishe measure and allsoe all waies and passages to the foresaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons [and] for the terme of one [and] twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Seaven pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Lee have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Atkinson of Maghera in the late county of Londonderry, wheelewright, and Thomas West of Ballyscullion in the said late county, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said James and Thomas and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of […], with the appurtenances in Maghera aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred three-score and ten acres Irish measure with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds sterling payable in such measure and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, save only that the said James and Thomas are not tied to build an house as the said Michael and Brian by their agreement are to do. The said twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Lee of Killelagh in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Lee and his assigns shall have and hold all that half townland with the appurtenances in Killelagh aforesaid, commonly called or known by the name of Gayne, also le Balligean [Halfgayne], or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and ninety acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained.
