The Great Parchment Book project was put forward as evidence in support of the positive reasons for digitising texts. As Professor Melissa Terras, Director of the UCL Centre for Digital Humanities and Great Parchment Book project partner says – “its really good to see the Great Parchment Book changing people’s perceptions of what digitisation can do!”
