The said ninth day of September the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and Shane O Cahan of Faughanvale in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] Doe conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Gortnskeagh with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Com[m]er als[o] Cumber in the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all Cabyns edifices and buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of tenn pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts [and] ag reements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and [...] beforenamed are conteined save only that the s aid Shane O’Cahan is not bound by this agreem[en]t to build a house as the said [...] by his said Agreem[en]t is to doe In Wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Shane O Cahan have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Ninth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Manus O Cahan and Qui O Cahan of Comer als[o] Cumber in the late County of Londonderry gent[lemen] Doe conclude and agree that the said Manus and Qui and their assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the several name or names of Littermore, Gortnerane and Killcaltan or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known scituate and beinge in Comer als[o] Cumber aforesaid and all ways and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of two and twenty pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Owen Oge O Hagan beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Manus and Qui have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Ninth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and henry O Hagan of Ballineskreene in the late County of Londonderry [...] doe conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called by the name of

The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Shane O’Cahan of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Gortnaskey with the appurtenances in Commer, also Cumber [Cumber Upper], in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and […] beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Shane O’Cahan is not bound by this agreement to build a house as the said […] by his said agreement is to do. The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Manus O’Cahan and Coey O’Cahan of Comer, also Cumber, in the late county of Londonderry, gentlemen, do conclude and agree that the said Manus and Coey and their assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Lettermire, Gortnaran, and Kilcaltan, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, situate and being in Comer, also Cumber [Cumber Lower and Cumber Upper] aforesaid, and all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of two and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Owen Oge O’Haggan beforenamed are contained.
