Edward Chambers Christofer Walker

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Chambers of the late citty of Londonderry [...] and Christofer Walker of the said late citty Glasier doe conclude and agree that the said Edward and Christofer and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s built by the said Edward att his own propp[er] costs and chardges and the gardenplott thereunto belonging scituate and being neere unto the fferry within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward or his assignes and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of [th]e blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty six shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Edward Chambers and Christofer Walker have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Edward Vaughan

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Vaughan of the late citty of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Vaughan and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t wherein the said Edward Vaughan now dwelleth and the backside to the said messuage formerly belonging and extending from the said messuage to the highe way in the said late citty and allsoe one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within [th]e Liberties of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irish measure now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and [...] beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edward Vaughan have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Richard Pacey

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Pacey of the late city of Londonderry, baker, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Pacey and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside thereunto adjoining, with the appurtenances, near the market-place in the said late city of Londonderry, and also one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. Edward Chambers Christopher Walker

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Chambers of the late city of Londonderry,  […], and Christopher Walker of the said late city, glazier, do conclude and agree that the said Edward and Christopher and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances, built by the said Edward at his own proper costs and charges, and the garden plot thereunto belonging, situate and being near unto the ferry within the Liberties of the said late city and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward or his assigns, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Edward Chambers and Christopher Walker have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Vaughan of the late city of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Edward Vaughan and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement wherein the said Edward Vaughan now dwelleth, and the backside to the said messuage formerly belonging and extending from the said messuage to the highway in the said late city, and also one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and  […] beforenamed are contained.
