The said seaven and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Marie Crowe of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Marie Crowe and her assignes shall have and hold one peece or parcell of land in Bishopsgatestreete within the said late Citty and neere unto the gate there called Bishops gate whereon a d welling house is and conteining by estimac[i]on in length fower p[er]ches Irishe measure and in breadth two p[er]ches Irishe measure and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Mary or her assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the Annunciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of tenn shillings sterling payable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and John Hanford beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said Marie Crowe have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:
