The said eight and twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and Henry Finch one of the Alder men of the late city of Londonderry do conclude and agree that the said Henry ffinche and his assignes shall have and hold one me ssuage or tenement wherein the said Henry ffinche now dwelleth and the garden and backside [and] buildings with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s thereunto adioining and belonging neere unto the markett place in the said late Citty and one other messuage or tenem[en]t and the backside thereunto belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Butchers streete als[o] Butchers row als[o] Shamble streete in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land in the Island of Derry conteining by estimac[i]on fourty p[er]ches Irishe measure neere unto the fferry gate and all cabbins and buildings thereupon and allsoe two p[ar]cells of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on fower and fourty acres Irishe measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Henry or his assignes [and] allsoe one p[ar]cell of land in the said Island of Derry conteining by estimac[i]on fower p[er]ches Irishe measure and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Elizabeth Vale or her assignes and one other p[ar]cell of land in the said Island with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on thirty perches Irishe measure and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Nynian Englishe or his assignes and allsoe one other p[ar]cell of land in the said Island w ith th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on fourtie p[er]ches and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Elizabeth Thomson widdow or her assignes and one other p[ar]cell of land in the said Island now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Henry ffinche or his assignes conteining by estimac[i]on ffourtie p[er]ches Irishe measure and lyeing neere to Columbkells well and allsoe all cabbins and buildings uppon the said fower [...]c[i]oned p[ar]cells of land with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of fower and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said C ommissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said Henry ffinche have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The nine and twentieth day of the said monethe of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Skynner of the late Cittie of Londonderry Glover doe agree that the said Thomas and his assignes shall have and hold one p[ar]cell of ground inclosed and one Creete thereuppon errected now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Thomas or his assignes and lyeing and being in the fferry streete without the walls of the said late Citty for the like terme and f or the yearly rent of Six shillings [and] eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and with and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteyned in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and th[e] aforesaid Edward Rowley .

The said eight and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Finch, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that the said Henry Finch and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, wherein the said Henry Finch now dwelleth, and the garden and backside and buildings with the appurtenances thereunto adjoining and belonging, near unto the market-place in the said late city, and one other messuage or tenement and the backside thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in Butchers Street, also Butchers Row, also Shamble Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land in the Island of Derry containing by estimation forty perches Irish measure near unto the Ferry Gate and all cabins and buildings thereupon, and also two parcels of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation four and forty acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Henry or his assigns, and also one parcel of land in the said Island of Derry containing by estimation four perches Irish measure and late in the tenure or occupation of Elizabeth Vale, widow, or her assigns, and one other parcel of land in the said Island with the appurtenances containing by estimation thirty perches Irish measure and late in the tenure or occupation of Ninian English or his assigns, and also one other parcel of land in the said Island with the appurtenances containing by estimation forty perches and late in the tenure or occupation of Elizabeth Thomson, widow, or her assigns, and one other parcel of land in the said Island now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Henry Finch or his assigns containing by estimation fourty perches Irish measure and lying near to St Columbkille’s well, and also all cabins and buildings upon the said four […]tioned parcels of land, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. The nine and twentieth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Skinner of the late city of Londonderry, glover, do agree that the said Thomas and his assigns shall have and hold one parcel of ground enclosed and one creet thereupon erected, now in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas or his assigns and lying and being in the Ferry Street without the walls of the said late city, for the like term and for the yearly rent of six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley.
