The aforesaid nineteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Pacey of the late cittie of Londonderry Baker doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Pacey and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the late citty of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Thomas or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the An[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley es[quire] beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and Thomas Pacey have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Harding of the late citty of Londonderry wineCowper doe conclude and agree that the said William Harding and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Silverstreete in the late citty of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Harding or his assignes and one parcell of land conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irish measure heretofore belonging or enioyed with the said messuage and lyeing within the lib[er]tyes of the said late cittie and now or late in the occupac[i]on of Nathaniell Houslock or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of The an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under [th]e yearly rent of eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes [and] with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts [and] agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Harding have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Luke Ashe of the late cittie of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Luke Ashe and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement heretofore three houses with the garden and backside thereunto belonging with their appurten[a]nc[e]s scituate and being on the southside of the markett place in the said late citty now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Luke Ashe or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of land conteining b y estimation eight acres Irish measure lyeing and being within the lib[er]tyes of the said late cittie and [...]

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Pacey of the late city of Londonderry, baker, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Pacey and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, with the appurtenances, in Pump Street in the late city of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid nineteenth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Harding of the late city of Londonderry, wine-cowper, do conclude and agree that the said William Harding and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Silver Street in the late city of Londonderry, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said William Harding or his assigns, and one parcel of land containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, heretofore belonging or enjoyed with the said messuage and lying within the Liberties of the said late city and now or late in the occupation of Nathaniel Houselock or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
