The a foresaid one and twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Com mission and Ralph Williamson [...] for and on the behalfe of himselfe and owen Sherrin [...] do conclude and agree that the said Raphe and Owen and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s thereunto adoining in Queenestreets on the south side of the markett place in the said late cittie and one p[ar]cell of land conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irish measure within the lib[er]tyes of the said late cittie All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Charles hawton or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nyne pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Raphe and Owen have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John ffreeman 35.

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John ffreeman of the late citty of Londonderry th[e] elder gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John ffreeman and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t built by the said John att his owne propp[er] costs and chardges and the garden and backside thereunto adioining All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes and are scituate and being in the said late Citty with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined with this further agreem[en]t that the said John and his assignes shall during the said terme have and keepe in readines uppon the p[re]misses for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors one pike and corslett furnished in such manner as the same shal[l] be allowed of by the muster master of the place where the p[re]misses are for the time being In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said John ffreeman have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Henry Osbourne 36.

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Henry Osbourne one of the Aldermen of [th]e late citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the garden and backside thereunto adioining scituate and being in Silverstreete in the said late cittie and one p[ar]cell of land lyeing and being within the lib[er]tyes of the said late citty and conteining by estimac[i]on seaventeene acres and two perches Irish measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Henry or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixteene pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and upon such further and the like [...]

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Ralph Williamson  […], for and on the behalf of himself and Owen Sherrin,  […], do conclude and agree that the said Ralph and Owen and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside with the appurtenances thereunto adoining in Queens Street, on the south side of the market-place in the said late city, and one parcel of land containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure within the Liberties of the said late city. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Charles Hawton or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Ralph and Owen have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

John Freeman 35.

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Freeman of the late city of Londonderry, the elder, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John Freeman and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement built by the said John at his own proper costs and charges, and the garden and backside thereunto adjoining. All which premises now are in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns and are situate and being in the said late city, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said John and his assigns shall, during the said term, have and keep in readiness upon the premises for the service of His Majesty, his heirs and successors, one pike and corslet furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed of by the Muster Master of the place where the premises are for the time being. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Henry or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like  […]
