The aforesaid seaven and twentieth day of September the aforesaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Talbott Thursby of Killcronoghan in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Talbott and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Moybegg kereley with the appurt enances in Killcronoghan and [...] the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or kn own conteining by estimac[i]on Three hundred acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages to the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the Terme of one and Twenty yeares ffrom the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of [...] pounds and tenn shillings sterlinge paiable in such manner and at such days and tymes and with under and up[p]on such further [and] the like condition covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and Robert ffoster William ffoster and Margaret Foster aforesaid are conteined In Wittnes whereof the aforesaid commissioners and the said Talbott Thursby have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of S eptember the aforesaid Com missioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Sir John Clotworthy of Money More in the lat e county of Londonderry knight do conclude and agree that his Ma jesty will be graciously pleased to erect and create a Court Leet which shall exten d and have jurisdiction over all the Residants and inhabitants within the late Manor of Drapers and Proporc[i]on of land called the Drapers Proporc[i]on in the late County of Londonderry to be holden within the said Proporc[i]on twice every y eare as leets are or ought to be holden in England And that the said S[i]r John and his assigns shall have and hold the said Court Leet and all the fines issues amerciaments and profitts thereof And all that capital Messuage or Mannor house with the appurtenances commonly called or knowne by the name of Moneymore castle or by whatsoever other name or

measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fourteen pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Foster, William Foster, and Margaret Foster beforenamed are contained, save only that the said William is not by this agreement to build a house. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Thursby have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Talbott Thursby of Kilcronaghan in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Talbott and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Moybeg Kirley with the appurtenances in Kilcronaghan and […] the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation three hundred acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of […] pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Foster, William Foster, and Margaret Foster aforesaid are contained. The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Sir John Clothworthy of Moneymore in the late county of Londonderry, knight, do conclude and agree that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to erect and create a court leet which shall extend and have jurisdiction over all the residents and inhabitants within the late Manor of Drapers and Proportion of land called the Drapers’ Proportion in the late county of Londonderry, to be holden within the said Proportion twice every year as leets are or ought to be holden in England. And that the said Sir John and his assigns shall have and hold the said court leet and all the fines, issues, amerciaments, and profits thereof, And all that capital messuage or manor house, with the appurtenancescommonly called or known by the name of Moneymore Castleor by whatsoever other name or
