The said nineth day of September The said Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission And Luke Astrye clerke George Downeinge gent[leman] and Arthur Bryttan doe conclude and agree, That the said Luke George and Arthur and their assignes shall have and hold All those six townelands com[m]only called or knowen by the severall name or names of Colkenath Ballanakelly Carnemuff glasse C[...] Tarmacoy, and Lanakellin w[i]th the appurten[a]nc[e]s in ffaughenvale in the late County of London Derry or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowen conteyninge by estimac[i]on ffive hundred and threescore acres Irish measure And all Cabbines edifices and buildinges thereupon, And alsoe all waies and passages to the foresaid premisses or anie parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th, w[i]th and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past ffor and under the yearelie rent of thirtie pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such dayes and tymes and w[i]th under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid Agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s and John Monntgomery before named are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said Luke George and Arthur have put[t] to their hands the daye and yeare above written:

The nineth day of the said month of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Downing of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said George and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement wherein the said George now dwelleth in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, […] thereunto belonging in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid cotaining by estimation two and thirty acres Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said George or his assigns, and all cabins and buildings thereupon, and also two cabins and three closes of land and pasture […] in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid and containing by estimation […] acres and two roods Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said George or his assigns, and also all those […] called or known by the several name or names of Bro[…] with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation three hundred and thirty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three-score and four pounds sterling payable in such in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Montgomery beforenamed are contained. 26. Luke Astry George Downing Arthur Britton

The said nineth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Luke Astry, clerk, George Downing, gentleman, and Arthur Britton do conclude and agree, that the said Luke, George, and Arthur and their assigns shall have and hold all those six townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Coolkeenaght, Barnakilly, Carnamuff, Glasse C[…], Tirmacoy, and Lanakellin with the appurtenances in Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation five hundred and three-score acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Montgomery beforenamed are contained.
