...Proporc[i]on or late Manor of Sal in the late county of Londonderry or by whatsoe ver other name or names the same be called or knowne and all waies and passages to the foresaid premisses or any part theroef belong ing or therewith enjoyed the same premisses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires [and] successors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]tie shall erect create or make of or w ithin the said Proporc[i]on called the Salters’ Proporc[i]on with and u nder such and the like excepc[i]ons, and for and under the yearly rent of fforty shillings paiable in such manner and att such dayes [and] tymes [and] suit att Court and mill in the said Proportion and w[i]th up[p]on and under such and the like further reservations liberties powers tenures services coven[an]ts [and] agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Ley aforesaid are contained save only that the said Henry ffinch is not by this agree ment to build a house as the s[ai]d John Ley by his said Agree ment is to do as there is a good howse up[p]on the p[re]misses built [...] In witness whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said Henry Finch have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Tenth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Hewett Finch of the late Cittie of Londonderry Marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Hewett ffinch his heires [and] assignes shall have and hold for ever All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of MoyWallan w[i]th the appurten[an]c[e]s in the p[ar]ish of Artrea within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Salters Proporcion or late Mannor of Sal in the late County of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and allso all ways and passages to the p[re]misses or any part thereof belon ging or therewith enioyed The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Majesty his heirs and Successors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall er ect create or make of or within the said Proporc[i]on called the Salters Proportion and with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons, and for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at Court [and] mill in the said Prop ortion and with upon and under the like further reservac[i]ons lib erties powers tenures services
