the Proportion of land called the [...] Proportion or late Manor of [...] in the late county of Londonderry and also all ways and passages to the afo resaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Majesty his heirs and Successors as of such Mannor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the [...] Proportion with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Three Pounds sterlinge paiable in such Man ner and at such dayes and tymes and suit att Court and Mill in th e said Proporc[i]on with up[p]on and under the like further reservac[i]o ns liberties powers tenures services, coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the afores aid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson befo renamed are conteined with this further agreem[en]t that the said William Gardiner and Samuell Gardiner their heyres and assignes shall forever hereafter have and keepe in readines up[p]o n the premisses for t he service of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and Successors one pike and corsl et furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed of by the Muster Master of the County where the p[re]misses are for the tyme being In wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said S[i]r Thomas Staples and William Gardiner have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said Twelveth day of September the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and S[i]r Thomas Staples of Lissan knight and baronett and Thomas Landy of Enishrushe in the late County of Londonderry [...]an for and on the behalfe of the said Thomas Landy and Richard Webbe of Vyntners Towne in the said late County [...] do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Landy and Richard Webb their heyres and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of [...] with the appuretenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all Cabyns Edifices and buildings th ereupon all which p[re]misses are lyinge and beinge within the Proportion of land called the Mercers Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Mercers in the late County of Londonderry and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and successors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect create or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on of land called the Mercers’ Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and suit att Court and Mill within the said Proporc[i]on and with up[p]on and under such and the like further reservac[i]ons lib[er]ties powers tenures, services covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by t he said Com missioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained In W itness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Sir Thomas Staples and Thomas Landy have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the […] Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said William Gardiner and Samuel Gardiner, their heirs and assigns shall forever hereafter have and keep in readiness upon the premises, for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one pike and corslet furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed of by the Muster Master of the county where the premises are for the time being. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Sir Thomas Staples and William Gardiner have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said twelfth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Sir Thomas Staples of Lissan, knight and baronet, and Thomas Landy of Inishrush in the late county of Londonderry, […]an, for and on the behalf of the said Thomas Landy and Richard Webb of Vintners’ Town in the said late county, […], do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Landy and Richard Webb, their heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of […], with the appuretenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion or late Manor of Mercers in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under such and the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained.
