The [...] day of the said Moneth of September the aforsaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Majesty’s behalf by v irtue of the said Com[m]ission and William Gardner of Kilrea in the late County of Londonderry Tanner doe conclude and agree that the said William his heyres and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that townland commonly called or knowne by the name of Moyegeny with the appurtenances or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne all which premises are lyinge and beinge in Killreaghe aforesaid and conteininge by estimac[i]on [...] fifty and foure acres Irishe measure and all Cabyns houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on All which p[re]misses are lyinge and being within the Proportion of land called the Vintners Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Vyntners in the late county of Londonderry and allso all waies and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonginge or therew[i]th enioyed The same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and Successors as of such manor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the Vyntners Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes [and] tymes and suit att Court and mill in the said Proporc[i]on and with up[p]on [and] under the like further reservac[i]ons, liberties, powers, tenures, services coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforeesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are conteined, with this further agreem[en]t that the said William Gardner his heyres and assignes shall for ever have and keepe in readines up[p]on the p[re]misses for the service of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and Successors one pike and corslett furnished in such manner as the said shall be allowed by the Mustermaster of the County in w[hi]ch the p[re]misses are for the tyme beinge In Witt ness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said William Gardner have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The […] day of the said month of September, the aforsaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Gardner of Kilrea in the late county of Londonderry, tanner, do conclude and agree that the said William, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Moyagoney, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, all which premises are lying and being in Kilrea aforesaid, and containing by estimation […] fifty and four acres Irish measure, and all cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Vintners’ Proportion or late Manor of Vintners in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Vintners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforeesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said William Gardner, his heirs and assigns shall forever have and keep in readiness upon the premises, for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one pike and corslet furnished in such manner as the said shall be allowed by the Muster Master of the county in which the premises are for the time being.
