The said eighth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Ewing of [...] in the late County of Londonderry ge ntleman do conclude and agree that the said John Ewinge his heires and as signs shall have and hold forever all that Towneland com[m]only called or known by the name of [...] with th[e] appurtenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne And all the C abins houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on all which premisses are ly ing and being within the late county aforesaid within the Proportion of land called the Goldsmiths’ Proportion or late Mannor of Gouldsmiths’ Hall in the late county of Londonderry And allso all waies and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonginge or therewith enjoyed the same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires, and Succ essors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Gouldsmiths Proporc[i]on within the late county of Londonderry and for and under the yearly rent of [...] shillings sterlinge paiable in such manner and at such days and tymes and suit att Court and mill in the s aid Proportion and with upon and under the like further Reservac[i]ons liberties powers tenures services Covenants and Agreements as in the afores aid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are conteyned In Wittnes whereof the said Co mmissioners and the said John Ewing have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
