The s[ai]d eighth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Robert Thorneton one of the Alldermen of the late Citty of Londonderry for and on the behalfe of Robert Hall of Dungeven in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Hall his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Killeloy w[i]th the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne And all the Messuages Cabyns howses edifices [and] buildings thereup[p]on All which premisses are lyinge and beinge within the proporc[i]on of land called the Skynners Proportion or late Mannor of Pellipar in the late County of Londonderry and allso all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed the same p[re]misses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]tie shall erect create or make of or within the aforesaid proporc[i]on called the Skynners Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons And for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and suit at court and mill in the said proporc[i]on, and with up[p]on and under the like further reservac[i]ons lib[er]ties, powers, tenures services covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid agreem ent made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are conteined [...] this Agreem[en]t the howse to be built by the said Robert Hall is to conteine fower roomes att the least and he is not bound by this agreement to build a house of sixe roomes as the said John Ley is by his said Agreem[en]t to doe, In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Robert Thornton have put to their hands the day and yeare abovew ritten:

The said eighth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Thornton, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, for and on the behalf of Robert Hall of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Hall, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Killaloo. with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known. And all the messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions. And for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained. […] this agreement the house to be built by the said Robert Hall is to contain four rooms at the least and he is not bound by this agreement to build a house of six rooms as the said John Ley is by his said agreement to do.
