The said four and twentieth day of August the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and John Lynn of Clondermot in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and a gree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold that Towneland with the appurtenances lyinge and beinge in Clandermott aforesaid and com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Clontieron or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on seaven and ffifty acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages un to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed ther ewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearly rent of seaven pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and at such days and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condition covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and William Simpson beforenamed are conteined save only that the said John is not by this agreem[en]t bound to build a house as the said William by his said agreem[en]t is to doe. The said fower and twentieth day of August the said Com missioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Richard Westen of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands com[m]only called or known by the severall name or names of Ballinemore and [...] with the appurtenances in Cumber in the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne containing by estimation fower hundred and ffifty acres Irishe measure and all cabins Edifices and buildings thereupon and allso all ways and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof be longing or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the Feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearely rent of eighteene pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such days and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condition covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are conteined. John Reade .6.

The said fower and twentieth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Reade of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said John Reade and his assignes shall have and holde all those two Townelands with the appurtenances in Clandermott aforesaid com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Maharecanan and Tawrina or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on one hundred thirty and eight acres Irishe measure and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions

The said four and twentieth day of August the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Lynn of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold that townland with the appurtenances lying and being in Clondermot aforesaid, and commonly called or known by the name of Clontieron, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known containing by estimation seven and fifty acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are contained, save only that the said John is not by this agreement bound to build a house as the said William by his said agreement is to do. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Lynn have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Westen of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Ballynamore and […] with the appurtenances in Cumber in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation four hundred and fifty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of eighteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are contained. John Read .6.

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Read of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John Read and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, commonly called or known by the several name or names of Magheracanon and Tagharina, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred thirty and eight acres Irish measure and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions
